Anti Fraud & Corruption
Strategy
The Council is determined to protect itself from fraud and
corruption, whether attempted from within the authority, or by an
outside individual, group or organisation. To this end the
Council has developed this anti fraud and corruption policy to
promote a culture of honesty and opposition to fraud and
corruption.
National Fraud Initiative
Purbeck District Council is required by law to protect the
public funds it administers. It may share information
provided to it with other bodies responsible for auditing or
administering public funds, in order to prevent and detect
fraud.
