Welcome to Purbeck

Come and visit us to discover a region of stunning coastal and country landscapes.  With the traditional seaside resort of Swanage, outstanding beaches, the market town of Wareham and picturesque villages, Purbeck is the perfect place to explore at any time of the year.

The area’s unspoiled natural beauty offers wonderful walking and a breaktaking setting for a fascinating heritage – Corfe Castle is just one of the many historical places of interest.  Purbeck is also the eastern gateway to the Jurassic Coast, England’s only natural World Heritage Site – the unique formations of Durdle Door and Stairhole at Lulworth Cove reveal millions of years of the earth’s history.  For the family there is a wealth of attractions such as Monkey World.  Purbeck is also one of the richest areas in England for wildlife– everything from dolphins to the Dartford Warbler can be found here!

Durdle Door

We look forward to seeing you here soon!
